Job Description

We are looking to recruit experienced Plant Drivers, both Class 1 and Class 2, to drive various vehicles including low loaders, rigid beavertails and HIABs. The role will carry out planned and reactive works involving the transport of construction plant and equipment.

The successful applicant will be servicing contracts across our existing client base, including Heathrow Airport Ltd and various other clients in London and across the country. As such, the ability to attain an airside pass would be desirable.

• Basic working hours are five 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, 06:00am to 4:00pm.
• Some nights away, weekday overtime and weekend overtime may be required.

Requirements

• Minimum Class C lorry driving licence.
• NPORS or IPAF qualification desirable.
• Ability to pass a criminal record check to obtain a Heathrow Airside Pass is desirable.
• Must be flexible with working hours and possible nights away.
• Experience of operating construction plant is desirable, although training will be provided.
